Thanks Myles for the wonderful recommendation on our Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/pages/Box-Brothers-Los-Angeles/51000293910
"We have moved a lot. Box Brothers has provided us with great boxes for the last 3 moves. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about fitting the right box to the task."
While boxes are our business, what makes it a success is the relationships we build and people like Myles. Thanks Myles!

The UPS Store

Boo! These people are rude. There is no reason to not acknowledge a person when they are standing at your counter quietly waiting to be helped. Their customer service on the phone isn't any better. The guys at Box Brothers are much more helpful and nice.

I started working with Box Brothers for my business P.O. Box and as I got to know more about the business, I now do all of my shipping and mailing through them. Their service and willingness to please me as a customer has been unparalleled in my experience. They even send me an email notice when I have a package and notices when I sent out a package and when it is delivered. Their services range from shipping large items like dining room furniture to letters. Just last week I shipped a bottle of wine and they were prepared with special packaging for wine bottles.

Subject: Sergio deserves a medal....I kid you not.
Yesterday I came to your business with 6 or 7 bags of groceries and snacks to send to a military person going to Afghanistan, who I do not know, but whose grandmother is a dear friend of our friend, of our family. It was about 4:30, and your place was pretty busy, and the rush was on to get some stuff out by 5pm. I wanted to stay there package it and send it out, but Sergio insisted he would take care of it, and send it out the next day.
