The strike at Canada Post continues. The US Post Office, itself struggling, has suspended accepting mail and packages to Canada. In Toronto, Parliament is fiercely debating 'Back To Work' legislation. Majority Conservatives have vowed to delay their summer recess to pass the legislation and end the strike. Negotiations have been tumultuous since Canada locked out workers on June 15, and are not even scheduled at this point.

Boo! These people are rude. There is no reason to not acknowledge a person when they are standing at your counter quietly waiting to be helped. Their customer service on the phone isn't any better. The guys at Box Brothers are much more helpful and nice.

I started working with Box Brothers for my business P.O. Box and as I got to know more about the business, I now do all of my shipping and mailing through them. Their service and willingness to please me as a customer has been unparalleled in my experience. They even send me an email notice when I have a package and notices when I sent out a package and when it is delivered. Their services range from shipping large items like dining room furniture to letters. Just last week I shipped a bottle of wine and they were prepared with special packaging for wine bottles.
