first we examine Big Head  we start cutting styroafoam to brace sections of the Big Head then the Big Head gets its first layer of bubble wrap at Box brothers, we check every step of the process to ensure  it will be secure and ship safely

stryrofoam peanust are added to the item to surround it we make sure the peanuts are uniformly distributed to surround the item finally the item is fully encased with styrofoam foam panels  are added to protect the walls of the box
"Styrofoam peanuts are slowly added to the container, which encase the sculpture." "Frequent manipulation of the styrofoam peanuts is needed for uniform bracing." "More styrofoam peanuts are added until the sculpture is completely enclosed" "Styrofoam panels are custom cut and installed for additional protection. "
