We are an owner operated company and every project is personal.
How does it work?
Receiving: We can pick your items up or you can have your items shipped directly to our dock. Our full-time warehouse crew will physically inspect the items for damage. If damage is found, you will be notified.
Photo imaging: The packing process is digitally photographed. Images are stored on our password- protected webpage, and can be emailed to client. Many clients and designers love this value-added
Inventory: Items are inventoried by date received, P.O.#, job name, item, manufacturer, shipper and room location (or any other requested side-marks). This information is available and now attached to your shipment!
Storage: Your items are then processed into our warehouse, our facility is protected and insured. Items are packed, crated and prepped for transit.
Delivery: Our experienced Logistics Coordinators will monitor your shipment along its way and contact the recipient to schedule a convenient appointment. Our veteran delivery crew will unpack your shipment, expertly place your client's items per your direction, and remove all debris, and packing materials!
