What items can be shipped?
Goodman Shipping can handle shipping delicate items such as art, lighting and fine furniture for all your shipping needs. We can provide support with crating, packing and protecting your valuable items to make sure they arrive to their destination safe, intact and on time.

What are your lead times?
We have many options for shipping to the East Coast:

  • -LTL Shipping (Less than truckload): Lead time is about one week (standard ground)
  • -Shuttle Shipping : Shuttle is 7-14 days from our dock to the dock at JFK, and then about another week from dock to final destination - Please don’t forget to include factoring in time for pickup and packing from the original destination as well as coordinating local delivery on the East Coast, when providing quotes for your clients!
  • -Expedited Ground : Generally 3-4 business days when shipping to a business address
  • -Expedited Air: Need something there urgently? No problem, we offer 3-day, 2-day, and overnight shipping options, including Saturday delivery!

How do you handle damage claims?
In the unfortunate event that damage occurs in transit, Goodman Shipping will walk you through the claims process and work to ensure the fastest and best resolution possible. While processing damage claims can be a challenging process, Goodman Shipping offers the highest level of customer service available in the shipping industry: communication is consistent, professional and your questions will always be answered in 24 hours or less.
