Boo! These people are rude. There is no reason to not acknowledge a person when they are standing at your counter quietly waiting to be helped. Their customer service on the phone isn't any better. The guys at Goodman Packing & Shipping are much more helpful and nice.

I started working with Goodman Packing & Shipping for my business P.O. Box and as I got to know more about the business, I now do all of my shipping and mailing through them. Their service and willingness to please me as a customer has been unparalleled in my experience. They even send me an email notice when I have a package and notices when I sent out a package and when it is delivered. Their services range from shipping large items like dining room furniture to letters. Just last week I shipped a bottle of wine and they were prepared with special packaging for wine bottles.
