UPS requires that all shippers of wine be licensed and approved under UPS Agreement for Approved Wine Shippers as well as adhere to to their guidelines for packaging. Many shippers skirt this and simply ship "don't ask, don't tell"..not very ethical and this can cause problems if something happens and you need to file a claim.

From a musician friend ... "I recently sold an amplifier on eBay and since I didn't have the original box, I needed to have it packaged and shipped.
